Rights to the WorkUnless explicitly discussed & agreed upon otherwise, I retain the rights to my artwork and you may not use it for commercial purposes/profit. You own your character, and if you were to resell your character, obviously that art would be sold with it, but you cannot profit off of my work. You may not claim my art as your own, crop/resize the artwork, or remove my signature. If chosen sketch or lineart options: You may not trace/line or color the work unless we have discussed otherwise.II. Pricing and Payment TermsActual prices will be listed in the prices section!I accept:

You have three options!
-100% on sketch
-50% on sketch, and 50% after artwork is completed.
-100% on completionIII. Work ScheduleI do not have a proper work schedule, due to my being a minor and having to attend school.
My turnaround period is about 2 days to a month, depending on how life gets in the way of art. Please be patient with me.
Please see the rush fee on the pricing page if you need this artwork ASAP.IV. My ProcessDepending on what you commission, I may send a WIP of the sketch, line art, and flat colors. I may not reach out myself to update you if no progress has been made, but I will always appreciate you checking in on me! Life may have gotten busy and I may have forgotten! Please don’t feel bad for reminding me.V. RevisionsRevisions are important, I get that! You can ask for revisions during the sketch stage and the lineart stage. You can ask for full revisions during the sketch stage, but lineart is only small revisions. I ask you don’t ask for revisions past the lineart stage because then it’s like completely starting over and I won’t do that if I’m that far along. UNLESS it is a small color change. That I don’t mind!VI. Claims Period/Revisions PeriodAfter the piece is completed, there are no revisions. I’m sorry, but that's on you if you’ve already approved all the steps before the completed piece.VII. Retention of Images and FilesLose your file/image? As long as it’s within three weeks of being sent the file, I can resend it! After three weeks, I can no longer resend it. Past that point, it is no longer my responsibility.VIII. Final ProjectI, the artist, retain no responsibility or liability for what you, the client, or third parties due with the artwork once it is completed.IX. CancellationsIf I, the artist, cancel the commission due to being unable to complete it?
You will be refunded.If you, the client, cancel it for any reason?
Your refund will depend on the amount of work completed!
Sketch - 100%
Lineart - 75%
Flat Color - 25%
Shading - 0%I won’t refund shaded pieces because those are completed pieces and I will have then spent the time and effort to make it.If the commission is canceled due to lack of contact?
If you haven’t responded to me in 2 weeks, your commission is put on “hold”. I don’t work on it.
However, if it’s gone past a month, I count that as a cancellation. I cannot refund cancellations that are caused by a lack of contact due to the obvious lack of contact.X. ConfidentialityWant your project to be kept quiet/not shared? Just let me know! If anyone asks I’ll just state I’m working on a commission. Also please mention to me if you are or are not okay with the completed artwork being posted on my socials and being added to my examples.XI. Final AgreementAll articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between you, Client, and me, Artist.XII. Acceptance of AgreementAs stated at the top, you agree to the terms expressed above by commissioning me.
